This condo repaint project took place in the heart of Downtown San Diego, CA. The home—a modern, newly purchased condo—featured 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious common area totaling over 1,900 square feet. We were brought in to completely refresh the interior walls, ceilings, and trim.

Our scope included painting 7 doors and their corresponding trim, walls in the bedroom and common areas, and ceilings and walls in both bathrooms. A few walls, previously painted in deep hues, required thorough priming before we could apply the final coat. The overall project investment fell between $4,900 and $6,000, with work completed over a focused 3–5 day timeline.
